Borderless Museums: Redefining Museum Narratives and Inclusivity

From 18 to 21 May 2025, an international conference entitled Borderless Museums: Redefining Museum Narratives and Inclusivity will be held in the conurbation of Nova Gorica and Gorizia. The conference seeks to promote the exchange of best practices, ideas and expertise among museum professionals, as well as to study and redefine the narratives told by contemporary museums, with a focus on how museums can transcend borders. During the conference, we will explore how museums can transcend traditional borders to become truly inclusive educational spaces, fostering global understanding and collaboration, and a factor of change.
