eStoria Festival: Primož Trubar between Gorizia and Trieste

The discussion will focus on the stay and work of Primož Trubar, the founder of the Slovenian literary language and a reformer, in Gorizia and Trieste. In Gorizia, he stayed for 14 days in 1563 and preached in Slovenian, German, and Italian, while he stayed in Trieste three times for longer periods between 1524 and 1542, where he was a guest of Bishop Pietro Bonomo.
