“M, Like Pegan,” a documentary film

Milenko Pegan, a photographer from Gorizia, who not only broke down barriers in the Gorizia region but also left his mark on Slovenian and Yugoslav photography. Thirty people of all generations share their stories about him. They paint a picture of the times, a memory of Central European Gorizia before and after World War II. Ultimately, the film asks where photography is headed, and which medium will be the one to authentically preserve the memory of all of us here and now.
