Kavarna EPIC ponovno odpira svoja vrata
On Wednesday, 4 November, EPIC Café reopens its doors under a new name: Mad Station // Nora postaja. The opening programme will continue over the following days, until Saturday, 7 November.
On Wednesday, 4 November, at 6 pm, we will raise a toast to a new chapter for Café Mad Station with welcome speeches and a special programme.
Alongside the café's reopening, the second part of the light projection Static in Motion by the duo Lumoskop_lab will be presented on the café's façade. The light projection will be inaugurated with a dance performance by the #lospravilos dance group. The opening celebrations will also feature a performance by the cross-border GONG wind orchestra.
The evening will continue with music and a welcoming atmosphere. We will also invite you to explore the interesting content and activities in the EPIC hall.

Programme for the following days:
5 November – Meeting with journalists and presentation: “Where culture in the Goriška region becomes active and takes centre stage in the Borderless area”
At 5 pm: First Coffee with Journalists, together with the new operator of the café Mad Station, followed by a presentation on cross-border cooperation in culture, sport and tourism (Mad Mountain, EGTC GO and GO! 2025).
At 7 pm: Evening community run with No Border Run – Running School.
6 November – Official opening of Café Mad Station to the general public with a celebration
From 5 pm: Presentation of the café's concept and offer, followed by an introduction to the St Martin's Day weekend.
7 November – St Martin's Day Celebration
From 5 pm: A relaxed get-together celebrating St Martin's Day, featuring local wines and culinary delights.
