Public guided tours of the exhibition City on the Border in May 2026

Through the personal and collective stories of its residents, this exhibition sheds light on the history of the Goriška region and offers a glimpse into everyday life in the border area during the 20th century. It goes beyond established national narratives to present a human, sensitive perspective on the history that shaped the region before, during, and after both world wars.
